Looking for Sales Engineers - Ceramics Products for one of our clients based in Qatar:  Position : Sales Engineers Ceramics Products   Job Description & Responsibilities:  - To develop the sales Ceramics Products (Structural, Refractories, and White Wares etc - Sales, Business Development)  - Improve products growth by maximizing sales and new business opportunity in the region.  - Develop & manage relationships with developers, consultants & contractors by providing solution fit.  - Build sales funnel & devise strategy to gain further market share, driving sales growth.  - Prepare personnel forecast & sales strategy to target a niche market & prepare appropriate plan of action to penetrate.  - Ensure timely after sales service to all clients with details & in turn again customer maximum retention.  - Re order level the goods & stock movement checking & controlling.  - Analyzing the inquiry and presenting the client with full details including sample.  - Following up collections from the clients & ensuring timely vendor payments.  - Drive the business to ensure that revenues are as per the business plans.  - Increase the products range by find out new products & to be added to our products range.  - Decision making / Problem Solving/result oriented/aggressive/Highly Motivated  - Able to solve customers’ problems and work under pressure, Be able to work in multi culture environments  Skills and specifications:  - Possess a high level of creativity (knowledge in various ceramics Products not limited with Structural, Refractories, and White Wares etc)  - Structural, including bricks, pipes, floor and roof tiles   - Refractories, such as kiln linings, gas fire radiants, steel and glass making crucibles   - White wares, including tableware, cookware, wall tiles, pottery products and sanitary ware  - Ability to produce results within a designated production/Sale schedule   - Organized and detail-oriented  - Good presentation Skills & Strong Personality  - Ability to handle projects simultaneously   - Good interpersonal skills   - Good leadership techniques and a curious mind  - Should be able to work independently, result oriented  - Should be able to meet sales targets  Education and Qualifications:  - Engineering Back ground with MBA (Preferred)  - Computer Literacy is essential, particularly with M/S Word/Power point and Excel.   ERP System Knowledge   Communication:  - Fluency in English (Read/Write/Speak), Arabic would be preferable, together with high level negotiation and analytical skills are fundamental.   Work experience:  - 3 - 5 years’ experience in sales/marketing & servicing especially in Water Heaters (Commercial & Industrial) and Electrical Products.  This position is URGENT and the interviews will happen in Delhi later this month. The candidates will need to come to Delhi for interviews on their own expense.
