Sales Enablement - Inside Sales - IT Services (8-12 yrs)
Role: Sales Enablement
Location: Chennai
Title: Manager - Sales Enablement (Alternate title based on the years of experience Head - Sales Enablement)
Exp Level: 9 to 12 years
Budget: Between 11 to 14 Lakhs per annum.
Work time: 3 to 12 (Overlapping UK and US shift)
The ideal candidate must have:
- Experience in a Sales enablement role. Must have managed a team of Inside Sales/Cold calling team.
- Strong sales/business development experience.
- Good personality, excellent inter-personal skills, must be able to engage in a conversation. Prior experience travelling to UK or US is a plus.
- Ability to work with respective Geo heads and sales teams (UK and US) to support them meet their targets - This will involve working with them to write proposals, do research on existing accounts and prospects, network to get inbound opportunities for the Geo's by way of RFP's, etc.
- Must hold an individual revenue target. This may be new logo and/or existing account.
- The resource will be based in Chennai.
