Sales & Distribution, Consumer Bank in to Mortgages
Sales Manager responsible for driving Lending Products (specifically Mortgages) in the S&D team.
- He/she will manage a team of Affluent Segment Bankers and will own & activate Affluent Distribution points in his/her city.
- Responsible for origination of Mortgage loans & other affluent consumer products through an In-sourced channel of Affluent Segment Bankers (ASBs) trained in One-selling multiple products of the bank.
- Own and Manage all Sales Opportunity points congruent to Emerging / Super Affluent customer segments – such as Branches, deployments as HNI conventions / exhibitions
- Leading & Managing performance of a team of 8-12 Affluent Segment Bankers (ASBs at CC/Q grade) to deliver / achieve plan no.s
Direct Reports to the Position - 8 - 12 ASBs (depending on city)
Candidate Specifications/Job Challenges
1.Prior Mortgage Sales Experience for 1-2 years would be preferred
2.Strong team-work with good leadership and motivational skills
3.Self Motivated with ability to create sales opportunities for his team
4.Ability to understand and drive multi product volumes and understand / improve sales processes
MBA from reputed industries. Only Banking profiles.
