Job Description - Manage India business for an Australian organization with a Global Footprint in brokerage of Residential real estate
Client Details
Our client is an Australian organisation growing at a rapid pace and establishing themselves across the globe. They currently have presence in over 5 countries with over 500 key personnel developing business for them. They are making a dent in Wealth management, Fund management and tax management services besides their strong hold of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
They are expanding, now, to India with a vision to Sell UK, Australia and India based properties to Indian residents.
Description
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Establish the company's presence in India and develop local Indian market
- Recruit & manage a team of sales individuals in India
- Be a part of the company culture that rewards hard work
Profile
You will have about 8 - 10 years experience managing Real Estate sales across India. You will have an experience selling International properties in Indian market and should have displayed a proven track record of success in managing and building a team.
