Sales Director - Advanced Analytics Solutions & Services (8-12 yrs)

Client is seeking a seasoned sales professional with knowledge of analytics solutions and the business impact they generate. This role is primarily responsible for cultivating market penetration for the Analytics practice through the development of business relationships with target prospects and existing customers in the U.S. You will promote and articulate the business value and power of analytics solutions to industry sectors including Financial Services, Retail and CPG, and Consumer Technology. This role is measured by contribution to pipeline and meeting specific new logo acquisition targets and existing customer expansion.

Responsibilities

- Develop and grow client relationships in industry practices including: Financial Services, Retail, CPG and Technology.

- Communicate a client-specific value proposition for Client's analytics services and establish yourself as a trusted advisor

- Successfully meet or exceed assigned revenue targets for selling analytics solutions and services

- Present to C-level Executives in the Business Units and expand our contacts within the organization

- Perform in-person and on-line presentations of Brillio's solutions and services

- Work with the internal team to complete RFI/RFP responses

- Utilize internal tools to track activity, opportunities, forecasts

- Involves frequent client interaction and requires approximately 75%-80% travel

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 8+ years- experience in selling to the business, insights and digital side of enterprises including at least 2 years- experience in selling advanced analytics (predictive/prescriptive) solutions. Analytics sales experience should be the most current experience.

- Consistently ranked as top performer in prior sales experience

- Successfully worked with C-Level executives

- Familiarity with the challenges of Chief Marketing Officers (CMO), Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and other marketing / sales / insights and digital leaders

- Good understanding of predictive and prescriptive analytics and its applications to solve business problems in marketing, sales and supply chain areas.

- Good understanding of how various emerging technologies converge to help solve customer- s business problems. Familiarity with industry related use cases and the - art of the possible-

- Independent, entrepreneurial, and results-focused

- Ability to collaborate with various teams. Team Player

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in an organized and articulate manner

- Analytical and quantitative skills, business consulting experience a strong plus

- BA or BS required; MBA preferred
