Duties and Responsibilities :
Market Specific Strategy:
- Defining, evolving and improvising in consultation and collaboration with sales leadership and the marketing team
- Go between field sales and marketing - converts brand strategy into sales implementation
Trade Marketing:
- Forms the trade marketing calendar in collaboration with Zones and marketing
- Meets the short, medium and long term trade marketing objectives
- Ownership for trade marketing budgets
- Achieving key objectives on store-wise rankings (Modern Trade)
- Monitoring sell outs in MT and GT
- Working with GT distributors on distribution, trade schemes to achieve sell out targets
- Responsible for FA management across country- recruitment, training, retention and performance of FAs
- Planning sell-out targets, monitoring performance, RnR planning
- Focus on in-store impactful presence, interacting with merchandising to ensure we maintain the same
- Planning and execution of exciting promotional activities / offers to drive sell-out
- Collaborate with training manager and conduct small events, animation, BTL activities
- Reporting and analytics
Requirement:
Education: MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing/Business from tier institute
- 5 to 8 years in FMCG industry. Experience in Modern Trade and trade marketing
- Hands on experience with Sales Automation.
- Experience (preferably having exposure to Luxury Personal Care products)
- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills
- Negotiation Skills
