Responsibilities:  The Incumbent will be responsible for:  - Driving all BTL & Sales Force Automation Activities for the state  - Ownership of all Sales data analytics, Scheme/offer designs, Training and development workshops for sales Team  - BTL activations like Customer Loyalty Program, Mass Dealer Contact Program, Visibility drives & In Shop Promotion  - Execute strategic road map for increasing coverage of business through Technology usage.  - Should have good analytical acumen, Distributor expansions strategy, Good at Consumer insights  - Position reports to RSM (Dotted line ), National Sales Development Manager (Solid line)  - The Position will have a dedicated team to support him from sales analytics and consumer Insights   Desired:  Area Sales Managers with MBA from Premier B Schools (Batch 2008 - 2012) , experience as Sales Development role is preferred not mandatory.
