Sales Consultant - Human Capital Development (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead generation, networking, reaching out to decision makers in target companies

- Presenting a professional image of the company and its value proposition

- Understanding the client needs and OFFERING solutions based on value addition rather than on features

- Creating a customized proposal based on a deep understanding of the client pain areas.

- Collecting client feedback, ensuring proper service delivery

- Maintaining a long term relation with the client for repeat business

Please Note : This is an individual role and not a team role.

The Ideal candidate:

- Should have excellent communication skills, good writing skills, and an ability to grasp things quickly.

- Should have good knowledge of corporate world HR practices and process, organization structure and business impact of HR.

- Should be Self-driven, result oriented, and committed

- Should be comfortable working in a startup environment and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Qualification:

- Should be a graduate. An MBA/PGDM qualification is desirable but not mandatory.

- Extensive training on the services OFFERED by the client and its sales approach will be provided

Location : Gurgaon / Delhi

Work Experience : 1 to 2 years

Compensation : 6 lakhs to 75. lakhs p.a with incentives
