Sales Capability Development Manager  Level-AGM/DGM  Location-, New Delhi.  Objective / purpose of the role  Role works directly with sales & marketing team to develop enhance and deliver a wide variety of capability building initiatives with the goal to professionalize the sales force and improve sales effectiveness and productivity. Role is not limited only to Training & Development but cuts through designing Rewards & Recognition, Outsource Professional experts for L& D needs and driving new initiatives to retain talent and technology deployment.  Key responsibilities of the role  1. Incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering capability in three areas People, Process and Technology   2. Development of people related practices which enables implementation of ways of work.  3. Distributor level execution in line with ways of work.  4. Implementation of success factor and generate MIS to drive ways of work.  5. Defining the way of works for all the roles within sales organization including sales and marketing and ensuring adherence.  6. Building execution excellence and field discipline as primary culture of organization and ensure adherence with robust mechanism of tracking and dashboard presentation.  7. PJP/MMP adherence and analysis for field sales.  8. Deployment of Success Factor and generating all the relevant MIS  9. Capability Gaps & Need Analysis-Identify capability needs of the sales organization in terms of skill and competencies by Understanding business direction and sales strategies & Aligning L&D strategies accordingly & Liaising with Regional managers to collect ongoing feedback on the market execution.   10. Delivering on the- India Sales Capability Agenda' Restructure and designing the Functional Capability model for Sales frontline with functional competency based learning paths.  11. Doing Area potential analysis for appointment of Hubs, Distributors, Spokes for increasing distribution coverage in towns and villages, conduct training and coaching programs for the primary and secondary field force enhancing their sales skills & productivity.  Manpower planning, recruitment and training Sales team Leaders & Market developers.  12. Working on technology feasibility study and deployment in sales organization in order to digitalize the ways of working  Key Skills  1. Presentation - structuring and communicating ideas, using visual aids.  2. Facilitation - managing activities, eliciting contributions and learning  3. Coaching and mentoring skills  4. Trouble-shooter - insightful, innovative, creativity  5. Analytical skill, Research orientation.  Experience & Education  1. 10-15 yrs. Of overall experience with at least 5 yrs. in Sales Capability & Development  2. MBA (Sales & Marketing) from premier college.
