Sales/Business Development - Hunter's Role - IT Products/Services (12-18 yrs)
Job Role:
- Achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets.
- Creating a strategy framework for the companies- activities in the concerned vertical.
- Establishing the brand name in the select geographies and vertical with the help of the marketing team.
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company.
- Manage the complete sales cycle.
- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
- Build a personal sales pipeline/funnel to set up for long term success.
Candidate Attributes:
Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of the sales process,
- Services sales experience in the relevant geography.
- Knowledge of the IT Services Sector including experience in selling Outsourcing and Offshoring.
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant domain,
Specific Requirements:
Critical requisites desired from Candidate
- Significant experience in Solution Sales in the IT Offshoring and outsourcing market.
- Experience in Selling Products and Services in Banking / Financial Services / Manufacturing / Retail / Energy / Utilties / Telcos
- Experience in managing multiple accounts and mining the existing accounts
- Proven sales skills, Excellent Communicator, with drive and ambition, result focused approach.
- Business Development experience of at least 12 years in the technology industry of which a minimum two years should have been in a similar domain and in the relevant geography.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are pre-requisites"
