The company is looking for consulting and product sales professional(two different profiles) with fast-track career growth opportunities. The role also opens the opportunity to work across different geographies and different service lines for company's consulting and IT sales.
-Gathering data and actively listening to prospective and existing clients by using consultative sales methods to fully understand their business, uncover their problems, and identify impact areas
-Create and execute customer event plans
-Responsible for selling the entire offering (consulting and technology)
-Develop healthy client relationships and build pipeline to achieve the targets
-Work with delivery team
Experience:- 2+ years of industry experience, mandatory.
Functional & Soft Skills:-
-Broad knowledge of consulting business
-Should have good understanding of respective industry verticals
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Flexible, and have a good team approach
Qualification:- Education from premiere institutes only
B.Tech (NIT/IIT/BITS) + MBA (IIM/XLRI/FMS/SPJIMR); 2009,2010,2011 MBA Passouts only.
Candidate must be willing to travel which would be at least 30-40%.
CTC:- 10-13Lpa (Fixed) + Variable + Bonus
