Job Description: a Global Consulting MNC
This role needs great communication skill (both verbal & written) and great convincing and selling skills.
Role: Sales/BD Consultant - Recruitment
Individual Contributor (Individually responsible for Sales Targets and Delivery/Execution)
Location: Near Maruti Industrial Area, Udyog Vihar (Gurgaon)
Direct Reporting to Business Head/Managing Partner
Role: Full Time/ Permanent / Part-time as well
Days of Working: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Office Timings (Flexible timings): 4 Options
8am - 5pm,
8.30 am - 5.30pm
9am - 6pm or,
9.30am - 6.30 am
Job Purpose/Position Summary/ Job KRA (Key Responsibilities)
- Identifying and Securing new business opportunities / meeting sales targets
- Building relationships and networking with key decision makers
- Business generation for your own desk
- Achieving revenue and KPI targets
- Market research to develop knowledge of niche market
- Marketing potential candidates to decision makers
- Marketing & Selling opportunities to the candidates
- Working on Search Assignments
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree and
- Masters degree/ - MBA
Essentials/ Important requirement for the Job:
1. 2 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment with a reputed firm OR into Sales/Outbound Sales or Client Servicing exp in any service organisation/MNC
2. The successful candidate will have proven experience in recruitment or in Sales, with demonstrable knowledge of this field
3. Experience in navigating the Indian Markets in terms of recruitment solutions, and dealing with and building confidence with senior stakeholders from various cultures
4. Strong Social Media understanding with demonstrable experience in implementing a cross market strategic approach
5. Ability to forge strong business relationships with a diverse group of internal and external partners
6. Demonstrated relationship and consultancy skills at all levels
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present on the subject matter
Salary/Compensation: Competitive/According to industry standards
The Company has started the operation in India & in Delhi NCR/Gurgaon region recently and is in the process of setting up the brand new office in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR region. Hence, planning to setup & expand their team for FMCG, Pharma, BFSI, Manufacturing, and IT, ITeS/BPO related hiring Verticals/Divisions and would like to hire Consultant as per the following job description:
