Sales Analyst - Corporate Governance - IT (3-7 yrs)
- 3-6 years of experience with a IT services company encompassing (hands on and understanding) the entire value chain (IT Strategy Development, Business Transition, Program/Project Management, Process Re-engineering, Customer Relationship Management and Operations) of outsourcing/off-shoring
- Preference to prior experience in IT services Sales, Pre-sales especially on Large deals
- Help in development and governance of the IT strategy for the verticals and horizontals to build a road map with focus areas of investment and revenue generation over next 3 years
- Help in Sales enablement and excellence
- Institutionalize rigor on tracking investments and re-evaluation of further investments based on intermittent milestones
- Formulation of business cases and conducting ROI analysis basis investment versus revenue projections
- Drive operational improvements in critical business/ functional areas
- Help in identification of Strategic Partnerships for defined GTM solutions etc
- Help in MIS for the Management and Board
Others
- Expertise in project/program and account management, planning, pre-sales and Business Development efforts, analyzing client requirements and sustaining/growing the Engagement
- Adept at people and alliance management, exploring opportunities for business-IT alignment and handling large teams in cross-cultural and virtual environments
- An effective communicator with excellent presentation, strong negotiation and pragmatic conflict resolution skills
- Strong Analytics skills
- Good team player
