Guided by the philosophy of - Social First- all group initiatives are guided by their potential for social impact and transformation.  We are looking for a young, hands-on, dynamic and creative Marketing professional for our Events Vertical.  Key Responsibilities :  - To formulate and develop a comprehensive Marketing and Brand management strategy for the Vertical  - Develop marketable Event ideas in line with the overall strategy for the group  - Initiate collaborations and alliances with suitable Event partners for large events properties  - Develop Marketing Collateral's and lead the Marketing campaigns through both print and digital media and BTL activities.  - Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to support them with Marketing tools  - Prepare and monitor the P&L for each Event, present and pitch the same with the team  Core Competencies :  - Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills  - Positive Attitude, Self motivated and Leadership Skills  - Knowledge of public relations, promotion and other marketing communication tools  - Excellent inter personal and networking skills.  - Knowledge of Social media practices, behavioral sciences and media implications  - Ability to work independently and in teams   - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word.  Minimum Qualification :  - MBA from a Premier Institute (Preferably IIM)  - 2 - 5 Experience in a sales & Marketing profile
