We are looking for a Manager - Sourcing Analyst to be a part of our Supply Chain team based out of Corporate Office at Bangalore.  Position Summary:  The Sourcing Analyst will work closely in coordination with the Global, Regional and Local Category Teams to support the development and execution of category practices, including support of sourcing strategy definition and deployment. This role holder will work together with the Procurement Specialist to consolidate local requirements; support the Category Team in sourcing execution and provide visibility to performance by creating and analysing procurement related reports.  Job Description:  Market Intelligence:  - Support Category Directors and Managers in developing category strategies and execution of sourcing projects by data collection and analysis of external factors  - Perform supplier analysis, including financial stability, sustainability, certifications and production capabilities  - Support the commodity risk team with commodity price and risk analytics  Analytics Support:  - Support Category Directors and Managers in developing category strategies and execution of sourcing projects  - Provide analytical support during the supplier screening and supplier selection process  - Secure and ensure knowledge transfer by storing and maintaining project deliverables and templates  - Provide business support in Business Modelling and Value Engineering projects  e-Sourcing Support:  - Support development of e-sourcing strategy  - Provide technical background information on system capabilities and coach category team on effective usage  - Analyse supplier responses, run scoring models and prepare decision support documentation  Reporting Support:  - Produce business intelligence reports and ensure that all re-conciliations are completed to meet targets  - Provide ad hoc reporting support on periodical/ non-periodical reports  - Ongoing spot buy reduction support (increase e-catalogue coverage)  Qualification:  - MBA/ PGDM in Business Management/ Procurement/ Finance from Tier I/ II institutes. Bachelors/ Masters in Statistics will be an added advantage  Work Experience:  - 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in data warehousing/ reporting tools/ statistical modelling or similar experience in Global Sourcing/ Procurement functions in organisations of repute
