Role : Head - Risk & Internal Audit (SABMiller India a part of AB InBev India)  We are looking for the Head - Risk and Internal Audit based out of our Corporate Office at Bangalore.  Position Summary :  The role holder will be required to :  - Lead a team of specialists and generalists focused on identifying, monitoring, and communicating risks in the firm's operations in India and South East Asia (covering Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos)  - Review, determine, identify and report anymaterial deficiencies in internal controls, instances of non-compliances and work to develop,communicate action plans to close gapsto management  - Be a credible, independent business partner to management  - Be aChange agent leading the transformation of the audit function  - Develop talen tin Internal Audit to become a talent pipeline for AB InBev  Job Responsibility :  Internal Audit :  - Review, determine, identify and report any material deficiencies in internal controls, instances of non-compliances and work to develop, communicate action plans to close gaps to management  - Review audit work paper and audit report to ensure the audit quality  - Be a credible business partner, assisting management to address audit issues  - Monitor and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations  - Develop future leadersfor AB InBev  People : Hire, develop and promote internal talent  Qualification :  - MBA/ PGDM from IIM A/ B/ C/ L/ XLRI/ FMS/ ISB with a qualified Chartered Accountant qualification (others may need not apply for the role)  Experience : 4-10 years of corporate experience in Big4/ FMCG/ Consulting/ AlcoBev/ Beverages organisations  Women candidates will be preferred  About the Organisation :  - SABMiller India is a part of AB InBev globally which is the largest beer manufacturing organisation in the world.  - For centuries, the experience of sharing a beer has brought people and cultures together.
