SNBAPL - Manager (Accounts) (4-10 yrs)  Established since 1964, S. N. Bhobe & Associates Pvt. Ltd. is a civil engineering consultancy based out of Navi Mumbai, which specializes in the fields of bridge and structural engineering, architecture and planning. SNBAPL is one of the oldest and most reputed firms in the infrastructure sector and is growing with extensive work in the area of its expertise, at various locations spread all over India.  For applying as a Manager in the Accounts Department, we are looking at the following basic requirements:  - Education: B.Com, MBA Finance/ CA/ ICWA / CFA preferred.   - Financial Accountant with 3 to 7 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in infrastructure industry.   - Expertise in accounting and vendor reconciliations.   - Strong experience and knowledge of statutory compliances.   - Strong quantitative skills and analytical thinking.   - High proficiency with Excel.   - Good written and verbal communication skills.   The key responsibilities that we require the Manager to perform, are as follows :   - Handling all kinds of statutory compliances (experience in handling Service Tax, TDS, Income Tax and assessment related troubleshooting).   - Financial accounting and support in month end reporting.   - Independently handling & resolving the queries of the internal auditors, statutory auditors and other auditors.   - Verification of bills and payment to vendors.  - ROC filing and all other related compliance's  - Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports  - Finalization for audits  - Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.   - Providing with any other report as required by the management (Debtor's Analysis, Cash flow statements, Balance Sheet & P/L accounts etc.)
