You should be a MBA/CA/CFA/Masters in Finance with a minimum three (3) years of work experience in equity research into Indian Financial sector i.e. Banks and NBFCs. (Analysts with experience in other sectors should not apply).   2. Knowledge and hands-on experience on financial models, valuation methods to formulate & finalize views Banks and NBFCs.  3. Ability to formulate views on the banking industry.   4. To be able to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information on client banks and NBFCs to Institutional investors, analyst at broking houses and HNIs.   5. You should be up-to-date with current banking industry trends.  6. Proficiency in MS office suite, love for numbers, strong communications skills.   7.
