RVM Foundation - Senior Manager/Director - Marketing

Job Description:

- Implement administrative procedures for routine Temple business and emergency situations.

- Attend and supervise special events to ensure smooth operation.

- Attend all meetings of the Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees and committee meetings as necessary.

- Schedule and attend all Senior Staff meetings.

- Planning / Budgeting of Temple expenses. (Maintain current annual Temple budget.)

- Maintain computer proficiency and stay current with advances in technology in the areas of document creation, financial spread-sheets, web-site maintenance, Temple presentations, social media and others.

- Vendor Management.

- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

- Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance.

- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.

- Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and drip marketing initiatives.

- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Experience:- 4 to 12 yrs

Age:- 29 to 40 yrs

salary:- it is not a constraint for a good candidate (up to 18LPA)

working:- 6 days 12 hrs
