WE ARE LOOKING FOR A -

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/ICWAI) with a minimum of 4 years of experience

- Experience in Big4 companies would be preferred

- Should have 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting is required

- Experience in Service sector preferred

- Good working knowledge of direct and indirect taxes

ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES

- Plan and prepare the annual budget and periodical updates of forecasts

- Consistently analyses financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of company's financial status.

- Manage and monitor organizational cash flow and continuously assess the financial efficacy of operations and establish finance and administrative systems to support operations.

- Play the lead role in designing, implementing and operation of reporting systems.

- Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets and actual expenditures to bring financial discipline.

- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.

- To coordinate with the tax advisors, legal and Government bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED - COMPETENCIES:

a) Very good overdrive and assertiveness quotient

b) Capability to work autonomously with minimal need for guidance

c) Is capable of putting procedures in place to prevent recurrence of common problems

d) Provides clear rationale and supporting data to back recommended solutions

e) Works with cross functional team and has an eye for details

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
