You are passionate about creating technology platforms that solve big, complex problems, as are you eager to make your mark on the world of money.   - You embrace new tools and frameworks that help in making your platform scaleable and proactively mentor engineers to foster a culture of disciplined innovation.   Role and Responsibilities :   - Work with the technical team to develop and maintain the core product of the company deployed as white labeled solution for clients   - Leading enhancement efforts and addition to new features to the platform as required by the clients.   - Responsibilities include facility and resolution of platform related issues and escalations and responding to critical situations   - Lead, manage and mentor teams comprising senior engineers and engineers   - Contribute to process and internal tools development   Qualifications and Education Requirements :   - Engineering degree, preferably from a reputed institute / school (IITs, BITS, NITs etc)   - Proven experience in developing digital first platforms   - Experience with PHP, Java, Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, javascript, web services etc.   Experience : 9+ years of experience in internet technologies with 3+ years as a team lead   Preference : Previous experience in banking or insurance sectors or IT sector having worked for clients in BFSI sector
