Regional Manager: Operations and Business Development

Job Description

- Drive and lead an industry disruption which is going to change the way financial products are consumed today.

- Lead and build a high performance operations team and ensure seamless operations

- Develop and maintain post-sales relationships with top Banks, financial institution critical to the company in terms of future growth.

- Build effective business relationships and manage 3rd Party Vendors who will be stakeholder in day to day operations.

- Proactively create strategic recommendations, innovations and drive their successful implementation with clients

- Work with internals and externals to drive and execute on processes to ensure an awesome customer experience

- Support, develop, and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analysing of data and existing processes, recognizing trends, forming conclusions.

Job Accountabilities And Tasks

- Establish seamless operations by developing systems, processes, policies, procedures, and productivity standards

- Structuring and selecting staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

- Developing attached vendors by attracting, enrolling, training, coaching, supporting to help them perform to set standards and evaluating them to benchmarked performance management system.

- Managing customer demand by operating Customer Contact center with high operating standards to achieve high levels of productivity

- Representing the brand to external stakeholders and reputation management while dealing with such entities

- Work closely with other strategic initiatives within business to ensure success of implementation in operations

- Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees

Experience

- 2-7 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Sales

- Candidates with exposure to Banking sector (Retail lending business/Gold Loans) would have an edge

- Must have prior experience of building and leading teams

Preferred Qualities

- Should possess excellent communication skills

- Keenness to build a business, strong Inter-personal skills and Negotiation skills

- Should be open to travel

- Knowledge of Malayalam is a must
