Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company's culture.
Oversee recruitment process - screen profiles, schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain benefits and payroll. Engage in training and development.
Conduct new employee orientation.
Resolve employee issues ethically and discretely.
Requirements:
Passionate about helping build a people centric company
2+ years of experience
Proficient IT skills - handling multiple platforms and calendar events
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication and multi-tasking Ability to be self driven and organize your own time Knowledge of tech recruitment.
