(Visit www.ruosh.com for more details)  Job description  Major Deliverables  - Leading the marketing efforts for RUOSH - formulate & lead brand communication and media buying portfolio.  - Brand communication strategy formulation includes:  Conceptualization of brand campaigns basis consumer insights and past sales/ product data.   Influence & manage external agencies to plan and execute campaigns across media - ATL & BTL.   - Demonstrate deep understanding of consumer, competition, global and local trends.   Identify insight gaps and lead market research initiatives for the brand.  - Lead brand activation initiatives in terms of partnerships or events to achieve the desired ROI.  Daily Responsibilities:  - Plan an annual brand marketing calendar aimed at achieving the walk-in as well new customer acquisition targets.  Responsible for all store promotions and new product launches.  Responsible for building traffic-driving marketing strategies for retail stores.  - 360 degree execution of campaigns across all marketing media TV, Print, Press, Outdoor etc.  - Responsible for conceptualization & execution of brand activations across cities.   - Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly marketing plans and budget allocation amongst various offline marketing activities.  - Initiate & execute media collaborations, cross promotions as well as establishing corporate tie ups and exhibitions.  - Coordinating photo shoot for product/ press release/ events etc and managing vendors for collaterals/ events etc.   - Managing various agencies for advertising, events, designing, printing etc.   - Manage daily MIS & budgeting - basis that tracking and recommending best-practice approaches and maximizing ROI within available budget.   - Support the sales team to achieve their targets.  Level: Deputy Manager / Manager  Mid-Senior Role   Reporting to - Head Marketing  Desired Personality Traits:  - Strong analytical skills: ability to define problems, collect details data, analyse and interpret results and recommend changes and improvements.  - Resilient and able to perform under pressure.  - Detail orientation is a must - all suggestions backed by examples, research or data.  - Being pro-active, with high energy levels & a desire to close tasks within defined timelines.  - Integrity is non-negotiable.  Qualification & Experience:   - 5-7 years of experience with MBA in Sales & Marketing.
