Brand Manager (Digital Activation) - RUOSH

RUOSH is looking for Brand Manager - Digital to build the brand's digital marketing roadmap. Role involves brand management on digital space, agency handling, digital media buying, content creation & promotion and digital activations for the brand.

RUOSH is a leading premium footwear brand headquartered in Bangalore. With 20 company owned stores across 6 cities, RUOSH has rapidly expanded its presence through key accounts channel & has over 200 points of sale including all leading Indian E-Comm portals. Job description :

Major Deliverables :

- Leading the digital marketing efforts for RUOSH - formulate & lead digital brand communication and media buying portfolio.

- Demonstrate deep understanding of the consumer behaviour in digital space and drive high visibility for the brand leading to awareness as well in-store traffic.

- Conceptualize & execute influencer marketing & digital content for the brand. Candidate is expected to have a strong understanding of the platform and the same to be utilised to drive ROI/ performance led campaigns for the brand.

- Handle the brand website - responsible for end to end content creation, promotion and delivering on basic KPIs.

- Lead & close media negotiations - SEO, SEM, FB/ Instagram (& other social media channels) buy.

- Passionate about creating great content and demonstrated in past work experience.

Daily Responsibilities :

- Develop optimum media plan across these platforms focusing on new customer acquisition (The portfolio includes PPC, Display advertising, Retargeting, Google ads etc)

Build and analyse key metrics for efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns :

- Brief, coordinate with digital agency on creative requirements and on-time deliveries.

Interaction with creative & media digital agency to execute monthly plans.

- Chalk out content strategy for the brand and identify relevant partners/ mediums for association.

- Manage online PR initiatives for the brand including associations with bloggers, influencers and other relevant partners.

- Work in close liaison with digital agency for negotiating best media rates.

Qualification & Experience :

- 3-4 years of work experience in digital marketing/ activations.

- Thorough understanding of digital marketing concepts (including performance marketing, remarketing), google analytics & best practices.

- Ability to understand consumer behaviour for optimizing the campaigns.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.

- Self-starter with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

- Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

- Detail orientation is a must - all suggestions backed by examples, research or data.

- Being pro-active, with high energy levels & a desire to close tasks within defined timelines.
