Role: AM - Online Marketing, RUOSH   We are seeking a talented and self-directed individual to handle online marketing initiatives for RUOSH.   RUOSH is a leading premium footwear brand headquartered in Bangalore. With 21 company owned stores across 6 cities, RUOSH has also expanded its presence through Key Accounts channel & has presence across 4 of the leading Indian eCommerce portals. Parent company Sara Suole Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer and exporter of shoes and soles to the international market since 2001.   Roles & Responsibilities:  Online Partner Marketing:  - Create and execute performance driven online brand campaigns across all eCommerce partner portals.  - Develop ROI led media promotion plans with respective portals.   - Lead cost negotiations for on-site integrations for the brand leading to maximum visibility.  - Work in close liaison with partners and ensure alignment of RUOSH marketing plan with that of partners'.  Digital Marketing:  - Develop and implement brand promotion plans across relevant online platforms.   - Develop optimum media plan across these platforms focusing on new customer acquisition (The portfolio includes PPC, Display advertising, Re-targeting, Google ads etc).   - Build and analyse key metrics for efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.  Brand Initiatives:  - Responsible for creating the marketing road map for the brand in the online space and executing the same.  - Manage website for the brand - including content, design refresh and promotion plans.  - Chalk out content strategy for the brand and identify relevant partners/ mediums for association.  - Manage online PR initiatives for the brand including associations with bloggers, influencers and other relevant partners.   - Handle all briefings to digital agency and coordinate on creative requirements and on-time deliveries.   - Work in close liaison with digital agency for best media rates.  Ideal candidate should have:  - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in online marketing space.   - High on analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from a lot of data.  - Ability to understand consumer behaviour for optimizing the campaigns.  - Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (including performance marketing, re-marketing), Google analytics & best practices  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.   - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize.   - Self-starter with an ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.   Note: Candidates working currently in digital agencies with marketing background are welcome to apply.   Please apply only if you have similar experience as detailed above.
