Job Profile:

- Heading R & D Projects

- Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.

- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.

- Responsible to meet department goals / objectives.

- Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.

- Responsible for complete R & D activities in the group.

- Coordination with customer for development activities.

- Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: Feasibility study, preliminary design, calculation, cost analysis, process selection, equipment selection, line balancing, and Product approval from customer, Project Kick-off, Budget preparation, Pilot lot, Customer supply approval, product sign off etc.

- Review & Monitoring of Complete Documentation of the project (

- Review & Monitoring of Product / process development process.

- Review & Monitoring of FMEA and process planning with plan for tool development, Tool planning & designing.

- Vendor Development as per the requirement of project.

- Cost sheet finalization for customer as well as vendor.

- Technical presentations to customers, seniors, CFTs & other staff.
