Rucha Group - Manager/Sr Manager - Project Management - Auto Component Industry

Job Profile:

- Responsible for complete engineering & development activities in the group.

- Coordination with customer for development activities.

- Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: Feasibility study, preliminary design, calculation, cost analysis, process selection, equipment selection, line balancing, and Product approval from customer, Project Kick-off, Budget preparation, Pilot lot, Customer supply approval, product sign off etc.

- Review & Monitoring of Complete Documentation of the project (Preparation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.)

- Review & Monitoring of Product / process development process as per APQP.

- Review & Monitoring of FMEA and process planning with plan for tool development, Tool planning & designing.

- Review & Monitoring of Design & manufacturing of Press Tools, Fixtures.

- Vendor Development as per the requirement of project.

- Cost sheet finalization for customer as well as vendor.

- Technical presentations to customers, seniors, CFTs & other staff.
