Job Description: Analytics Lead  - Drive the Analytics department in the Studio for social casino apps.   - Inherit, improve, iterate and interpret the analytics dashboards, reports and methodology to create meaningful insights and recommendations for products.   - Help design, develop, and optimize our games to improve user experience and revenue by developing meaningful KPIs and metrics for our games.  - Coordinate with Product Management, Producers, Developers and others to determine appropriate research contributions.  - Use data to help guide the team on pricing in-game items, balancing and other adjustments to game play to increase LTV.  - Be able to adopt best practices in Analytics being used in the Industry and inculcate the same in the company.  Background:  - 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics preferably in e-commerce/ internet domain.  - Knowledge of applied mathematics, statistical methods, machine learning and algorithms with a formal degree in Business/ Economics/ Statistics or Engineering.  - Hands-on experience with SQL, along with strong passion for quantitative analysis  - Strong programming experience in at least one of the programming languages such as - Python, R, Java, Scala.  - Experience in handling big data technologies such as Hadoop/ MapReduce, Spark, HBase, Cassandra, Storm, Hive, Pig etc. is a plus.  - Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong business/ product thinking.
