- Minimum 8 yrs exp in corporate sales.

Job Description:

- Head the marketing/sales on regional level controlling the respective branch of the organization.

- Retain, Develop & Service Existing Accounts

- Monitoring the performance of sales team.

- Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers.

- Responsible for addition of new corporates & increase the Revenue by horizontal & vertical penetration on the account.

- Selling of AIDC product to Top Corporate customers.

- As a head of sales for a specialty product division, Shall be Responsible for all regional sales function & related activities including identifying sales Targets, enhancing market share developing sales promotional strategies, Lead the sales Team.

- Day-to-day management of all assigned customer accounts.

- Responsible for assessing performance and successes for the week/month, current progress with objectives, highlighting key issues and forward plans and submitting the weekly and monthly reports.

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly Sales Plan, Forecasting & Achievement of Sales Target.

- Co-coordinating with different Departments.

- Shall be accountable for achieving regional targets.

- Leading and motivating the sales force.

- Customer visit within the budgeted time frame.
