RSM Large Enterprise - West (GM level)

(Head Key Account Business)

Reportees
10 member team (Sales Specialist – Band 7/8)

Job Objective  & Key Interactions

Person will be responsible to manage the sales team regionally handling  Enterprise customers. Driving sales revenew , market share and growth.

 - Customer Relationship Management.

 - Channel Management

 - Driving Sales Revenue  and other sales metrices

 - Customer Satisfaction

 -  Market share objective and growth objective

 - .Team Management ( 3 to 12+ direct field sales reportees as per the region including  Team Leads  and  indirect ISR reportees )

 - Customer marketing

 - Leveraging other teams

Defining the business strategies and executing them for  the region.

Sales Management, Team Management, Sales Cadence, Driving Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly Objective.

KPIs:-
 - Revenue,
 - Profitability
 - Reporting
 - Up selling
 - Customer Wallet Share / Market Share
 - Depth and Width of coverage
 - Customer Satisfaction
 - Channel management
 - Team Management, People management and retention
 - Team motivation
 - To work with internal team of ISR and cross functional teams like brand, marketing, finance, manufacturing, sales support, channel to have a winning  team
 - To also team with extended channel team to be able to provide an overall customer fulfilment

Age
38 – 42 yrs

Education
BE/ MBA from Top B Institute. Both preferred

Experience
14 -17 yrs

Skills

 - Product/ Industry Knowledge, Customer management experience. Sales background and Team Management in a National role in IT industry

 - Channel Management Experience,

 - High Energy Sales professional who is motivated by challenges and is performance driven. Person is motivated by achievement and is willing to learn from mistakes and failure.

 - Need aggressive sales people who are passionate about success and can drive the sales team and motivate the team to perform and deliver the company objectives
 
CTC Range

 - Rs. 45 – 48 Lakhs

Target companies

 - IT Hardware or Consumer Durable companies only like Dell/ HP/ Acer/ HCL, etc

 - IT industry/ PC selling (end customer ) background, Channel management background
