- Responsible for Business in Northern India (Delhi/ Rajasthan/ Haryana/ Punjab/ UP) for Label
- Responsible for the sales, throughput margins and receivables for the region.
- Sales strategies for the region, market-wise and customer wise by mapping of customers- product wise, market wise.
- Coordination with Asia pacific and global product development managers for new product development.
- Ensuring delivery to customers by coordinating with customer service and supply chain and sometimes source unit.
- Monitoring of secondary sales of distributors to key customers for effective material planning.
- Direct coordination with distributor's key customers for new opportunities and monitoring their satisfaction levels.
- Achieving sales and collection targets set annually .
- Managing a Sales team Consisting 8 People for assisting them to achieve business Goals.
- Building new customers in the states of West India by helping my team to conduct trials and providing technical guidance with the product knowledge to the client.
- Techno-commercial dealing with the existing and new clients.
- Maintaining smooth functioning through distributor and Consignee in the allotted territory
