Job Description:

- Handling complete process of recruitment for managerial and non managerial positions.

- The DM will be responsible to handling the front-line Hiring through vendors as well as through Direct Hiring resources.

- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources including database search, industry networking, headhunting, referral schemes & market mapping.

- Deploying cost effective channels for talent acquisition

- Vendor Identification, empanelment & management.

- Design & Draft the new requirements, Job Descriptions and KRA's at all levels

- Timely closure of positions for on time delivery.

Desired Profile:

- Strong Experience in Leadership/ Bulk Hiring.

- BPO Hiring experience is desired.

- Should have a strong network of Bulk Hiring Vendors.

- Only Male candidates are requested to apply.

- Working Knowledge in various channels of Recruitment.

- Should have extensive knowledge in Support Sourcing/Recruitment.

- Must have good knowledge of Delhi/NCR recruitment vendors.

- Good Communication skills & Interpersonal Skills.

- Working Knowledge in various functions of Recruitment's.
