Position Description: The purpose of this role is to - Create, develop and practice an organizational level Talent Strategy. Develop frameworks to engage the organization in executing change management interventions. Review and update the organization design and structure based on the tenets of business.   Essential Qualifications: Post graduate / Diploma in Human resources with strong exposure to Talent Management system design and implementation. Certification in administering psychometric assessments, creating competency frameworks and conducting job evaluations is mandatory.  Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge of the theories, concepts and practices of Talent Management and Organizational Development. Thorough knowledge of HR frameworks and the methods and procedures used in developing / implementing organizational effectiveness & talent development programs. Strong strategic thinking skills and analytical skills with highly developed business acumen. Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel, power point and great presentation / communication skills  Experience: Ten to Fifteen years for experience in the field of Talent Management and OD as a practitioner of which two to four years in managing projects across multiple locations or geographies. Should have managed a team of OD practitioners or HR managers and must possess working knowledge of lean / six sigma and project management  Description of Responsibility :   Talent Management Projects   - Create and design Talent Management strategy for the organization and design interventions.  - Establish the need and relevance of Talent Management interventions to all stakeholders and solicit buy in and support.   - Project Manage the interventions to ensure on time completion with desired results.  - Manage the High Performer / High Potential talent pool of the organization and create interventions targeted towards their engagement, development and retention.  - Manage the succession planning initiative of the organization. Create framework / interventions that cater to the development and readiness of identified successors.  - Responsible for creating coaching and mentoring culture in the organization.  - Liaise with the Learning and Development function in creating various kinds of development, learning programs for identified target groups.  - Track the effectiveness of Talent Management interventions.  OD projects :   - Evaluate and create business case and execute OD projects across the organization.  - Program manage all OD projects in the organization, track projects and update status to relevant stakeholders.  - Review and analyze the overall banding structure of the organization, conduct job analysis to understand competencies and skill match to each role expectations and propose changes.  - Create and manage organizational / employee assessments through surveys and other methodologies.  - Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on OD interventions.  - Partner with the senior management for implementation of various projects.  - Assess the cultural fit of OD interventions across various geographies and customize them.  - Track the progress and effectiveness of OD interventions.  Competency Management :   - Responsible for creating, updating and managing the competency dictionary of the organization, conduct competency gap analysis and competency development interventions.  - Execute the designed process for various business / divisions in partnership with key stakeholders per the timelines which includes mapping as is & to be structures, updating of job descriptions, elicitation of competencies and skills, creation of skill / competency catalog for each role in the organization.  - Analyze various skill sets (technical / functional) that are available within the organization and create a skill repository.  - Create Center of Excellence within the organization based on competencies and skills that are available in abundance and with high levels of proficiency.  - Create a competency / skill based approach to development, resource allocation, movement and career progression.  Market Intelligence :   - Conduct Market research on various HR / OD / Talent management requirements like HR benchmarks, industry best practices, market data, policies and procedures etc.  - Participate in various surveys for market data / benchmarking.   - Represent the organization in various internal / external forums with an objective of ideating and gathering best practices.  - Gather market / competitive customer data / information through different mediums like internet, forums, magazines etc.   - Create a knowledge base / library for Talent Management and Organization Development and implement best practices.  Other responsibilities :   - Liaise with external consulting firms in identifying and implementing various OD / change management projects within the organization.  - Responsible for managing the Talent Management and Organization Development budget.  - Manage and utilize resources - direct and indirect - efficiently towards implementation of projects.  - Maintain advisory / consultative relationships with people in subject-matter expert and senior leadership roles and seek inputs on various change management projects in the organization.  - Custodian of the competency needs of the Human Resources team. Identify competency gaps in each of the HR function and create learning interventions / strategy to enhance service delivery and employee delight.
