The group has been growing at more than 20% p.a for the last 5 years, and wishes to embark on an even more aggressive growth trajectory over the next 5-10 year horizon.  Position Description :  - Multiple roles across Strategy, M&A and New Business Development at the corporate level, working directly with an ex-McKinsey Associate Partner (who reports to the promoter - Chairman of the group, Sanjiv Goenka). The team would be responsible for setting up 2-3 new businesses, leading group strategy and M&A deals, and supporting individual business units on their most important priorities. All members of the team would get significant exposure to the top leadership at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group.  Ideal candidate would be :  - An MBA degree holder from a top tier business school  - Have a minimum of 3 years (for mid tenure roles) and 6 years (for senior roles) post MBA experience in consulting (with top firms) and/ or corporate strategy  - Be willing to work across a variety of businesses and in small teams
