Royal Sundaram is looking for an Enthusiastic HR professional to lead the Talent Acquisition team.   Requirements:   1)	Experienced HR professional with 7 - 10 years of experience, ideally in Financial Services   2)	Demonstrated technical competence in HR processes.  3)	Understanding of good practice in HR management, particularly with respect to recruitment and resourcing  4) Good knowledge of:  -	Insurance company financials: P&L, KPIs, etc  -	Indian employment market and environment (law, practice,  -	People capabilities required to deliver business strategy  5) Excellent skills in:  -	Communications (oral, written, presentation)  -	Process management and development  -	Resource management  -	Relationship building/management (at all levels)  -	Change management  6) Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute   Key Responsibilities include:   - Support the implementation of the business strategy, particularly with respect to recruitment.  - Ensure that the people demands required by the business is met in terms of numbers, capability and capacity  - Support development and implementation of HR policies, particularly with respect to recruitment and compensation policies and practices that will enable the business to attract, retain and motivate appropriately skilled and experienced people at all levels.  - Manage the working partnerships with Corporate colleagues so as to ensure HR services match the needs and expectations of internal customer groups and offer added value wherever possible  - Support review, development and improvement of HR business processes (manual and automated) so as to optimise efficiency and improve internal customer satisfaction  - Support the establishment of appropriate procedures to maintain the security and confidentiality of HR records (paper, electronic, microfiche) in line with legal requirements and Group policy  - Ensure production of timely, accurate and up-to-date HR management information and statistics   - Support research and selection of appropriate external service providers, managing subsequent relationships so as to ensure service quality, relevance and commercial value
