We've got some big deals lined up and an investment on the way so we are looking for bright, energetic, and passionate people to grow both their careers and Round One (www.roundone.in).   Roles & Responsibilities:   - The Senior Product Manager serves a key role in shaping the Round One customer experience and will work closely with the Founder, Head of technology, and Head of marketing.  - He/She must be passionate about user experience and customer service. This unique opportunity can be a stepping stone to the VP-Operations position.   - They would be responsible for end to end execution and management of new and existing product features. This will be a cross-functional role, requiring close interaction with product, data, tech as well as marketing team. The product manager must:   - Manage team of 5 customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction  - Use consumer insights to develop ideas for new features and modify existing ones   - Handle vendors and 3rd party systems used on the website  - Analyze performance of vendors, work with them to improve Round One users' experiences  - Research and implement best practices in customer relationship management and data analysis  - Help the technology team develop state of the art systems by brainstorming ideas and gathering customer feedback  Skills and Qualifications:   - Any degree from top tier institute  - Great people skills  - Comfortable with data analysis  - Experience managing teams  - 1-2 years of work experience in operations or customer service.   Location: South Delhi
