We've got some big deals lined up and have recently raised funding so we are looking for bright, energetic, and passionate people to grow both their careers and Round One.   Round One is a first of its kind internet platform that connects job-seekers with company employees so they can interact and earn job referrals.   - We aim to create a meritocratic and transparent system which levels the playing field by removing the need for 'contacts'.   - Employees that wish to help their firm recruit can register for free to start meeting candidates that they can refer.   Job Role :  - Ensure resource availability to meet growing business needs.   - Train the resources on functional aspects   - Responsible for End to End eCommerce operations & handling the queries & escalations.   - Required to introduce processes to provide complete customer satisfaction.   - Build Ops structure and partnerships.   - Ensure a great customer experience.   - Help in drawing out a strategy and road-map for Operations.   - Help in defining Operations policies and manage day to day operations.   Skills required :  - Ability to work with strict dead lines   - Analytical approach in problem solving   - Demonstrable experience in handling the operations.   - Organized planner and a good team player.   - Excellent people and relationship management skills.   - Ability to connect with people across teams and levels.   - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Salary offered: 6 - 12 LPA
