Roposo.com - Head HR & Admin (0-3 yrs)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establishes human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives

- Establishes basic policies and manages processes for recruiting, compensation, training, leave, retention etc

- Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation and advising management on needed actions

- Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks etc

- Identifies, researches and fixes human resources issues

- Also fulfills duties of an office manager - works with chartered accountant, bank manager etc

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- 0 - 3 years of experience in HR role

- Exposure to recruitment funnel execution, compensation benchmarking, culture development a must

- Resource planning in both tech and non-tech environment preferred

GOOD TO HAVE:

- Interest in Fashion industry

- Exposure to basic book keeping

- Experience at eCommerce company

- Prior startup experience / dynamic environment with limited resources
