Job Description :
- Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities for all products of the organization on PAN India basis
- Understand the products and services offering of the organisation and approach of key competitors
- Forecast sales volumes, profit margins, and net profit and achieve clearly defined, mutually agreed upon revenue/gross profit targets
- Handle all activities related to institutional sales like bringing in new business, maintaining relations with existing clients, identifying opportunity for further business with existing clients /vendors and developing business with them, etc.
- Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, product launch, presentations, events and conferences
- Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools that are understood and used.
- Contribute to the creation of a comprehensive global marketing plan and annual budget
- Oversee the use of social media, account based marketing and Web search/SEO strategies in marketing programs
- Create and manage the execution of innovative demand strategies to drive qualified leads
- Develop, implement and deliver marketing metrics whichtrack current performance and impact future planning and actions

- Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.
- Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time - to deliver results on time and under budget
- Experience of producing detailed marketing plans
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to create, motivate and manage the marketing team.
