Senior Manager/ Director/ Head HR - Bengaluru

Responsibilities :

- Lead the HR and Admin functions for RoofandFloor with twin objective of making RoofandFloor an employer of choice for prospective hires and providing best-in-class employee experience for current employees

- Support aggressive hiring and scale up plan by helping attract the right talent for RoofandFloor.

- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle right from sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training and professional development/ training

- Setup an efficient and scalable hire-to-retire process through a combination of in-house employees as well as vendors

- Manage administration of all RoofandFloor offices across cities with the view of providing best-in-class employee experience at workplace.

Desired skills and experience :

- Overall 8 - 15 years of experience in the HR/ Admin function

- 5+ years of experience in building and leading HR teams

- Experience in rapidly scaling employees in a startup environment
