Reporting: Head HR  Role Summary :  The Manager-HR will be responsible for the delivery of assigned HR services to RDCIPL. The appointee will work closely with the HR Head, HRBP and business teams to provide the core HR services to India, e.g. HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance Management & Compensation. The position would be responsible to manage the aggressive growth that has been planned over the next few years. The challenge will be to manage this growth & create a clear focus on HR service delivery.   Specific Responsibilities :   - Performance Management & Compensation and Benefit  - Manage the Performance Management System administration and Annual Compensation Planning (budget, merit increase, performance pay letters and scheme for the new FY), to HRBP(s), upon receipt of ratings, corrections, promotion info.   - Design and recommend various C&B initiatives so as to attract and retain required talent pool.   - Maintains employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.  - HR Operations and MIS  - Drive HR Statutory compliance for RDCIPL as per local labor laws.  - Manage employee Personal Record management and employee letters- transfer, promotion etc.  - Manage the Separation & Settlement process - exit interviews, clearance forms, F&F and recovery and act as the SPOC for Leave Management System.  - Manage the Payroll- Third Party for CSR's of RDCIPL and also co-ordinate with Party for quick resolution of queries  - Co-coordinating PF transfers, Medical / LTA reimbursements, mediclaim benefits claims, etc and manage queries as per TAT.  - MIS & Reporting - HR Dashboard/ FTE report and maintain necessary trackers   - Own the Global/ local Audit of records & processes and constantly strive to improve on the audit scores.   - Adherence to Policies, Principles and Quality Standards  - Collaborate with vendors, procurement for external/ internal payments.   - Talent Acquisition & Campus Connect  - Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans as per the organisational growth plan  - Engage with HRBP and business to design Job Descriptions and person specifications for Manager and above positions.   - Attract high quality talent into the organization within the defined timelines & budget  - Design the channel strategy and keep a close watch on the recruitment budgets   - Liaison with Third party agency to ensure closure of all open positions as per defined TAT  - Lead employer branding activities in Campuses and also drive the Sales Trainee Program  - Lead the Automation and implementation of talent acquisition process and HRIS maintenance  Negotiate offer of employment with selected candidates and release offer within TAT   - Be a business partner and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HROP and Performance Management & C&B processes for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met. Also, work closely with the HR Head on the formulation of key HR processes and solutions as appropriate.  Qualifications & Experience :   - About 5-7 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a HR generalist role handling performance management & compensation.   - Would have a post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications & certifications in Human Resource Management  - Should have worked in people oriented industry (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, etc) companies or companies that have large sales force.  - Very good knowledge of local employment laws and practices  DISCLAIMER: This job description indicates in general the nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills and other essential activities expected of an incumbent.
