Job Description :

- Responsible area: Responsible as Technical Architect for Health Care domain

Areas of responsibility

- Preparation of Technical Proposals in response to the HealthCare domain RFPs

- Provide Technical support towards multiple ongoing HC projects

- Create and implement various technical Best practices for Healthcare domain across various HC projects (new and existing)

- Help in development of a future looking Healthcare Product platform for multiple delivery models (Web, Mobile, Device integration, Cloud)

- Create a Technology and Healthcare Compliance radar to regularly scan the upcoming and phasing out trends in these 2 areas

- Identify the relevant technical certifications for the Project team

- Mentor the next level of architects and Technology champions within the organization

- Business responsibility

Work in tandem with CoE team for Technical proposal creation

Responsible for Requirement Engineering for the Health Care domain projects including

- Requirement collection

- Requirement verification against existing features

- Requirement verification against various applicable compliances

- Converting end user requirements into workable Use cases

Responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers

Responsible for identifying and engaging potential companies for partnership with RBEI

Engage and influence counterparts at Customer end

Engage with multiple project teams

- Required Skills

9- 15 yrs of Health Care IT experience with Engineering background (ECE/CS/IT)

At least 4-6 years of experience as the technical owner of at least 2 large scale Healthcare projects leading more than 50 technical resources (developers/testers) each

Extremely detailed hands on knowledge of latest Microsoft or Java technologies with advanced level certifications

Familiar with Architecture frameworks, Design Patterns, OOAD, UML

Expert level familiarity with tools like EA, SVN, Rational suite, preferably with relevant certifications

Good understanding of most of the following Healthcare standards

- HIPAA, DICOM, ISO, SnowMed, HL7, ANSI-HC, LOINC, MU2, HITECH

Good Analytical, Problem solving, Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must

Good knowledge of CMMI / ISO quality standards

- Preferred Skills

TOGAF certification

At least 1 on field Healthcare product implementation experience

Exposure to Mobile health application development
