For details, please visit www.rmlagtech.com  Job Titl e: Regional Manager  Reporting To : Head- CMG  Job Location :  North-West: Delhi/Jaipur  North & East : Lucknow  West-Central : Indore/Ahmedabad  South : Hyderabad/Bengaluru  Main Purpose of Job :  - To build a network of commodity market participants for price sourcing and two-way sharing market intelligence  - Ensuring strong brand presence of RML in commodity trading segment and keeping the impanelled traders highly engaged  - Building & Leading a strong and vibrant team to deliver high quality results  - Ensure continuous sourcing of accurate market prices for Agri commodities  - Fulfil Enterprise and retail business requirements in most efficient manner by identifying the right Market and Trader mix   - Suggesting and implementing process changes and improve efficiency  Key Requirements :  Education : Post Graduate with good academic record, MBA preferred   Experience: 3-6 years in channel Sales/ channel Sales/rural sales and strong campaign management skills   Personal Attributes :   - Energetic, passionate and self motivated  - Strong Leadership and execution Capabilities.  - Strong numerical aptitude  - Good verbal and written communication  - Decent knowledge of MS Excel  Salary offered: 7 - 9 LPA
