Organization Description:

The Company was incorporated on November 1997 in Delhi.The Company sources equipment's and devices mostly as private label, from some of the leading manufacturers in the fields of Self Care, Patient Care, Point of Care, Lab Diagnostics, Imaging and Cardiology. The Patient Self Care Division markets 2 brands of Glucose Monitoring System GlucoCare Ultima, and GlucoCare Sense., other products like Nebulizers and BP Monitor.

Position Description: Responsible for visiting doctors' offices, hospitals, Pathologist, city hospitals, clinics, pharmacists, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities with the goal of selling equipment. Primary of the self-care division (Glucometers, Nebulizers and BP Monitors).

Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in the area of Sales Marketing, preferably in the field of Medical and Pharma

Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing), Graduate preferably in science from a reputed institute or person with sound Industry experience in marketing field.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

- Responsible for sales in West Bengal Region for Primarily Diabetes Care Division.

- Develop sales distribution network, consignee agent to dealers

- Develop Sales force Network Pan India.

- Successfully steered the company product sales in major institutions through highly motivated sales force.

- Convince the potential customers with discussion, demo on technical commercial aspects.

- Forging good relationship with key stockiest, Whole sellers & retailers.

- Required to develop sales strategies with action to meet desired goals and targets.

- Conduct road shows/demo camps on regular basis for self-care products.

- Work with a sales team to develop strategies to approach potential customers and garner sales.

- Keep the company informed about competitors' products/activities.

- Deliver daily, monthly and annually sales reports to high management and ensure targets are met.

- Responsible to take care of a certain area of coverage and dealing with users /doctors/hospitals for after sales matters.

Technical Skills:

- Excellent knowledge in Self-care /monitoring healthcare products.

- Preferably good knowledge of IVD and Imaging products.

- Excellent knowledge of Competitors brands of self-care. /monitoring systems.

- Strong follow-up & task management skills.
