Role : Relationship Manager, Wealth
1) Handle SALES TO High Net worth Imperia Clients.
2) Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
3) Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services according to Customer Needs.
4) Increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers.
5) To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet
6) Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer.
7) Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing.
8) Acquire mass affluent retail customers, deepen existing HNI relationships for all Wealth Products - (Insurance, Mutual Funds etc) and cross sell third party products.
9) Acquisition of CASA and growth of CASA for this portfolio.
10) Conduct Financial Needs Analysis and Risk Profiling for the customers in the portfolio.
11) Design an investment portfolio and Periodic Portfolio reviews for all customers.
12) Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention
- Responsible for third party product distribution, fee Income generation through branches
- HNW Client acquisition and deepening of existing investor's wallet share.
- Providing end to end financial solutions for HNW Client
- Managing portfolio asset allocation across asset classes, debt, equity, venture/private equity funds & structured products, life & non life insurance.
- Adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Helping in maintained the profitability of the Branch.
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in selling bank wealth management products.
