- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators on sales- activity & persistence by developing, formulating and implementing specific sales plans to achieve targets.

- Identify opportunities to acquire relevant client base.

- Identify business opportunities with respect to either asset classes or investment products, or tactical / strategic investment opportunities.
