RM/Sr RM - Government Banking

Client: Large Private Sector Bank

Rols: RM/SRM Government Banking.

Role Description:

- Applicant will be directly responsible for sourcing business & maintaining relationships with the State Mantralaya

- Maintaining and deepening of the existing relationship with Government entities by cross-selling various products and services to increase CASA ratio of Bank by selling liability products

- Identify and source new Government related business

- Act as first point of contact for customers

- Liaising with IAS officers & senior government officials

- Regular interaction with local government machinery for bank business

Desired Profile:

- Marathi-speaking applicants will be preferred

- Minimum Graduation or Post graduation

- Have an understanding of functioning of Government

- Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets, preferably in Government Banking business

- Good Relationship Management, Sales & Business Analysis skills

- Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal & Influencing Skills

- MIS skills will be and added advantage
