Title - Relationship Manager-Property advisory Services – Land and HNI Sales

Exp - 1- 4 yrs

Salary - Upto 15 lacs (negotiable)

Location - Mumbai

Job Details :

- Sense opportunities to maximize the revenues by show casing real estate as an investment class.

- To focus and leverage on the HNI/ Wealth customers for the above activity.

- Monitor the Real Estate Activities in the City through formal & informal networks

- Maximize Revenues through various product lines viz., Debt, Private Equity Arranger, Debt Syndication and Transaction Banking.

- Preserve and grow Relationship with clients / potential clients at all levels viz., Promoters & CFO’s.

- Interact with other IPC’s / other institutions for market information & update

Job Requirements:

- MBA from IIM’s/ JBIMS/NMIMS/MDI/XLRI/ SCMHRD/ SIBM/ FMS/SP Jain only

- Mumbai Domicile is a must for the candidates.

- Ability to Influence/relationship Management Skills

- Analytical and financial skills

- Strong communication(Written and Oral)

- Eye For detail
