Job Title: - RM- Franchisee Manager South
Reports to: - VP- Retail Operations
Position Summary: - As the Franchise Manager, you will drive the development and expansion of the company's franchising business portfolio, formulate and execute sales targets, source and negotiate new POS/shop opening, and liaise with active franchisees.
General Purpose: - Franchisee Store Operations, Results, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales Management
Position Responsibility:
- Responsible for new business development
- Responsible for leading the franchise business in managing, training, and supporting the franchise business all while maintaining brand image and improving business results
- Responsible for understanding the complexities of the market to ensure success in delivering a strong brand presence.
- Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach, and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
- Ensure a positive customer experience in all stores
- Achieve Regional level earnings and sales goals from each store
- Supervise stores operations and SOP compliance through Store Audits
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Identify and use key financial indicators to measure business performance
Preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Must have min 3 years experience in business development and operations working with franchisees, retailers, or wholesalers. Should also possess strong analytical and strategic mindset with good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
